Studio Policies To keep appointments running smoothly and fairly for everyone, please take a moment to read the following before booking. Cancellations Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment. Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur the full appointment fee, which must be paid before another appointment can be booked. Existing Product For insurance reasons, I’m unable to infill or work over product applied by another nail technician. If you have existing product from another salon or nail tech, it will need to be removed before your appointment. Please book the relevant removal service when making your appointment. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. A maximum of 10 minutes' lateness is permitted. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may mean that your appointment needs to be shortened, amended or rescheduled, depending on the time available. Deposits No deposit is required to secure your appointment. However, the cancellation policy above still applies. By booking an appointment with J.A.G Studio, you are confirming that you have read and agree to these policies.
